PERSONAL TRAINING

1 month personalized accountability program

This 1 month elite program is highly recommended to anyone who is new to exercise or is looking for high accountability to support them in reaching their goals. The program includes daily connections, one 75 minute personal training/wellness discussion session each week, and a personalized wellness plan.

1:1 personal training and Semiprivate Personal Training

With 10+ years experience of certified training, JOYFIT offers a safe environment that is focused on injury prevention, fun, and helping you reach your goals. Whether your goal is to run a race, safely move from a sedentary to active lifestyle, or build your strength to support your health or performance.

Training sessions can take place at JOYFIT’s location in CBS, outside, at your home (depending on location), or virtually.

JOYFIT loves to blend multiple areas of their expertise together to offer events to ignite joy and/or relieve stress. Stay tuned to the events page of our website as well as our social pages to keep up to date with upcoming events. Whether it’s a short 2.5-hour event or a full weekend retreat JOYFIT is sure to have something to light a spark in you.

 
 

YOGA

"Practice the pause" – Connect to yourself and the world and align with a deeper purpose through JOYFIT's 45 minute yoga classes.

JOYFIT offers different styles and varieties of yoga that are accessible to all bodies: 

Hatha

This style of class is a blend between standing, seated and lying down postures that either strengthen your body or increase flexibility. Suitable for beginners. 

Gentle Hatha

This style of class is pure relaxation with gentle stretching all from seated or lying down. It is a slower style of class with individual stretches being held a little longer than in hatha. 

Vinyassa

This style of class is a flow that feels somewhat like you are riding a wave. Signature move for this class is the chaturanga.

MEDITATION

Guided meditation

Meditation is embracing one's true authentic self in a non-judgemental way through the process of pure awareness. Meditation has a multitude of known benefits that are backed by science. Some of these include reducing anxiety, stress release, improving communication skills, and improved sleep. However, the ultimate goal of meditation is connection to oneself, and the ability to find peace in the present. 


Meditation Classes are 30 minutes in length. Each meditation class consists of relaxation, very gentle seated stretches, and a seated meditation. This meditation training takes place in a comfortable and safe environment. Virtual options are available. 

 

Professional Speaker

Is your organization looking for an inspiring professional speaker who is educated and experienced in wellness? JOYFIT offers two evidence-informed presentations:

1) The Happiness Advantage evidence-informed ways to invite more JOY into your busy life

2) Mental Health and Exercise how movement fuels mental health

90 minutes in length. Offered virtual or in-person.
